Ngozi Princewill Utchay Ngozi Princewill Utchay is a speaker, advisor, trainer and author with a keen desire to help executives, rising professionals, women and entrepreneurs optimiseTM their image and presence through Etiquette, Image Consulting and Personal Branding.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ARTELIER, an Etiquette and Image consultancy on a mission to help you “polish, project and optimise your corporate or personal image”, she counts several prestigious organisations such as the Central Bank of Nigeria, Fidelity Bank Plc, United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA), Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria, Elixir Investment Partners, the Lagos Business School (LBS), Wimbiz, Jackson Etti & Edu Law Firm, Amstel Malta and more amongst her distinguished clientele.

An acknowledged Thought leader, Conference speaker, Event host and erstwhile author of a column on style and etiquette called “Styletiquette” for Genevieve magazine, which is Nigeria’s leading lifestyle publication; Ngozi brings a sophisticated approach to her work. 

She is a multiple certified Personal Branding Strategist; Business, Social and International Etiquette expert, and holds other certifications in Style, Colour and Image, Social skills, Dining Etiquette, Public Relations and more, from foremost institutions in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates and Switzerland (the Institut Villa Pierrefeu, which is Switzerland’s last traditional finishing school.)

Ngozi also holds a BA (Upper Second Class with Honours) in French from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, graduating as the best student of her year; as well as a Diploma in Translation from the Alliance Française, Paris.

Ngozi’s work has appeared in the New York Times, Elle Magazine/ Nök Lapja(Hungary), The Punch, ThisDay, the Guardian, The Sun and other publications, and she has also been a guest on Radio and TV shows such as the Fidelity SME Forum, On the Money with John Rhoda, Naija Women in Business, Be All You Can Be with the Catalyst and more.

Ngozi is a recipient of the Woman to Woman Award for Consistent Support from the House on the Rock church, in addition to other awards and several scholarships, as well as a mentor to several aspiring professionals.

To date, she, through ARTELIER, has trained about two thousand people in various forms of Etiquette, Image and Personal Branding, using global best standards.

An African art collector, award-winning amateur artist and avid reader, Ngozi is widely travelled and speaks six languages, with plans to learn Mandarin.
