Pioneering a fresh and modern approach, Ngozi helped reignite national interest in etiquette, thus contributing to its consciousness and growth. Her success led to an explosion of Etiquette teachers in the country, many of them inspired by her methods. She is also described as the leading Personal Brand Strategist in Nigeria.
Ngozi attended the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and holds executive certifications from foremost institutions in the UK, the USA, the UAE, and Spain. She is also an alumna of the Institut Villa Pierrefeu, frequently described as Switzerland’s “last traditional finishing school.” Ngozi is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
In addition to workshops, symposia and Youth programmes, Ngozi has been a guest speaker at conferences held by the Central Bank of Nigeria, Institute of Directors, 7Up Bottling Company, Connect Nigeria and the WIMBIZ amongst others, and has written columns for Genevieve, and ThisDay Style magazines.
She counts High Networth individuals, government agencies, and several prestigious organizations amongst her distinguished clientele, and has taught Social Skills and Personal Branding at the Lagos Business School, the leading business school in West Africa, for years.
She is featured in the WIMBIZ “Inspire Me 2” coffee table book, which recognizes Nigerian women contributing to nation-building in their various spheres, and is one of 40 inspiring women featured in the Lancôme “40 Shades” international Beauty campaign; the first of its kind in Africa by the French brand. Ngozi was named one of “100 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria, 2018” by the Leading Ladies Africa and YNaija publication, together with The Guardian newspaper, and was on the 2016 “Very Best Dressed” List of Genevieve Magazine.
She is a recipient of the “Woman to Woman Award for Consistent Support” from the House on the Rock church, where she serves as a Deaconess; and the “Ambassador Award” by the Women Ministry of St Peter’s Anglican Church, Dikenafai (Ideato Diocese), which is her hometown church.
Ngozi is the host of “Future First Ladies”™, a subsidized annual Finishing and Mentoring School which, for the past four years, has also provided scholarship opportunities to young ladies from the wider society.
She is an Executive Director of the Prime Group, which includes the popular Prime Chinese Restaurant, and a Director of the Institute of Export Operations and Management (IEOM).
Ngozi speaks six languages.
