Ngozi Princewill Utchay, MCIArb
is a sought-after, multiple certified Social Skills and Personal Branding Consultant, Public speaker, Writer, Founder/CEO and International Arbitrator, who founded ARTELIER as a vehicle to help executives, entrepreneurs, rising professionals and women “optimise their corporate and social image, and presence.”

A Federal Government of Nigeria scholar and an alumna of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, (where she finished as the best graduating student of her department), she also holds Executive certifications in Corporate and Personal Branding, Etiquette, Style, Colour and Image, Public Relations and many more from foremost institutions in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, Spain as well as Switzerland (the Institut Villa Pierrefeu, which is described as Switzerland’s “last traditional finishing school”). She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (Nigeria).

Ngozi counts several High Networth private clients amongst her distinguished clientele, as well as many prestigious organisations such as the United Bank for Africa Plc, Jackson, Etti & Edu Law Firm, Access Bank Plc, Amstel Malta, Fidelity Bank Plc, Agusto & Co., Pathcare Nigeria and several more; and via ARTELIER, has trained thousands of people, using a sophisticated approach and global best standards.

Ngozi also teaches Personal Branding and Social Skills at the Lagos Business School (the leading business school in West Africa), and is the host of “Future First Ladies”™, a subsidised annual Finishing School which aims to ‘democratise’ the traditional Finishing School for the benefit of the wider society while also providing mentorship. To this end, Ngozi partners with accomplished professionals as well as organisations such as the Wimbiz (Women in Management, Business and Public Service), to give young ladies including public school students who cannot afford it, the opportunity to attend free.

Ngozi speaks at other Youth programmes, such as the Nonprofit Leadership and Management Programme of the Lagos Business School, for young, emerging leaders in the Nonprofit sector, and also featured at the 19 Youth Foundation “Mind Empowerment” 2019, and “Girl Force: Unscripted and Unstoppable” Conferences, with over 500 public school students in total attendance.

She writes regularly on corporate and social image and impressions – previously for Genevieve Magazine and subsequently for ThisDay Style; presents several seminars and workshops every year (including the “21st Century Etiquette”™ series), and is a speaker who has featured at conferences held by the Central Bank of Nigeria, Institute of Directors Nigeria, 7Up Bottling Company, Connect Nigeria, Atinuda and the Wimbiz (Women in Management, Business and Public Service), amongst others.

Interviewed by various leading publications such as Business Day, the New York Times, The Guardian, Elle Magazine/Nök Lapja (Hungary), Genevieve Magazine, The Punch and more, she has also been a guest on the Fidelity SME Forum, TVC News at 10, TVC Wake Up Nigeria, Be All You Can Be with the Catalyst, On the Money with John Rhoda, and Naija Women in Business amongst other Radio and TV shows.

Recognised as one of the Nigerian women who are contributing to nation building in their various spheres by the ‘Women in Management, Business and Public Service’ (WIMBIZ), Ngozi is featured in the “Inspire Me 2” coffee table book. She is also featured in the Lancôme “40 Shades” international Beauty campaign, as one of 43 inspiring women ambassadors – the first of its kind in Africa by the French brand. Ngozi was named one of “100 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria, 2018” by the Leading Ladies Africa and YNaija, published by The Guardian newspaper; and in September 2016, she was also voted onto the “Very Best Dressed” list of Genevieve Magazine – a leading lifestyle magazine in Nigeria.

Ngozi is a mentor to several aspiring professionals, and a volunteer Mentor for the Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ) mentorship programme. She is also a recipient of the “Woman to Woman Award for Consistent Support” from the House on the Rock church, where she serves as a Deaconness; and the “Ambassador Award” by the Women Ministry of St Peter’s Anglican Church, Dikenafai (Ideato Diocese), which is her hometown church.

A confident and excellent communicator, driven by the core values of authenticity, excellence and leadership, Ngozi brings creativity and sophistication to her work.

She is the Executive Director of the Prime Group, which includes the popular Prime Chinese Restaurant and a Director of the Institute of Export Operations and Management (IEOM). She also sits on the board of trustees of the King’s Comfort Foundation, a charitable organisation which seeks to ameliorate the plight of young widows and their children.

Ngozi is an avid reader, tennis enthusiast (and Rafael Nadal supporter), as well as an African art collector and award-winning amateur artist. She is widely travelled and speaks six languages.
